HairSoSassy is more than a salon, it is a space where healthy hair, confidence, and self expression come first.
Founded by Creative Director and Hairstylist Therese Mendy, HairSoSassy is here to challenge the idea that Afro and textured hair must be stretched with heat to look neat, healthy, or professional. Our philosophy is rooted in respecting natural textures and prioritising long term hair health over short term results.
We specialise in no heat protective styling, fast and efficient braiding, and natural hair care designed to protect your hair while still delivering beautiful, long lasting styles. Every service is carried out with intention, care, and a deep understanding of Afro and textured hair.
At HairSoSassy, we believe your hair does not need to be altered to be beautiful. We work with your texture, not against it.
Beyond the salon, HairSoSassy is built on community, education, and empowerment. From free back to school hair events to professional training through HairSoSassy Academy, our mission is to help clients and creatives build a healthier relationship with their hair.
